Meet Our Team
Eric is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience spanning civil engineering design, construction management, and forensic investigation. He founded TruE Consulting, Inc. in 2019 to focus exclusively on expert witness consultation and forensic engineering — work he had been doing throughout his career, and which he considers the most meaningful application of his technical expertise.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He is a registered P.E. in Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
Raina manages all administrative, legal operations, and compliance functions at TruE Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management and a Paralegal Certificate.
She has experience supporting legal and compliance across public and private sectors. Raina wears many hats while bridging two professional cultures, the precision-driven world of engineering and the procedural rigor of litigation.
